Associate Attorney
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation boutique law firm. The ideal candidate will assist in various litigation matters, including personal, commercial, and real estate litigation, while also supporting transactional processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys with litigation cases, including drafting legal documents and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Prepare and file pleadings and motions in court.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide guidance.
- Participate in business development activities to promote the firms services.
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
- 1-8 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on personal, commercial, and real estate matters.
- Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation processes.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- U.S. District Court Law clerk experience is a plus
