Growing Real Estate team seeking full-time licensed real estate assistance. Looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn the ins and outs of the real estate business.
Strong communication and time management skills are essential along with the ability to multi-task between multiple roles and tasks.
Compensation : $15 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all elements of events, including marketing activities
- Assist in overseeing daily operations
- Monitor and order office supplies and manage office equipment
- Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and answering phones
- Guide and help with the onboarding of new employees
- Compile and maintain records and reports related to operations
Qualifications :
- Ability to multi-task between multiple roles and tasks
- Strategic thinking
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service
- Team focused
- High school diploma; Associate’s degree a plus
