What you’ll do

  • You’ll own insights, segmentation, product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Taking insights from customer and market research and applying them to influence product choices and existing marketing & sales motions.
  • Working with product, engineering and sales to build the right go-to-market for different segments of customers for new products being launched.
  • Create clear, compelling messaging that translates complex AI technologies for diverse audiences, including technical experts and business leaders.
  • Execute digital marketing, SEO, content creation, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising strategies to engage our target market.
  • Produce high-impact materials such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and presentations to establish Lakera as a leader in secure AI innovation.
  • Analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and continuously refine strategies for improved ROI.
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution and scalability.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and drive community engagement through events, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Attend and speak at industry conferences, webinars, and events to boost Lakera’s visibility and thought leadership.

What you’ll bring

  • You bring 10+ years of experience working in the technology or AI industry.
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing, including digital content, SEO, social media, and product marketing.
  • A proactive mindset, constantly identifying new opportunities for brand growth and customer engagement.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to measure campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with sales, product, and engineering teams, ensuring marketing initiatives align with product launches and business objectives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential.

Location : San Francisco.

Logistics : Hybrid with 2-3 days / week in the office. We’re excited about candidates who want to contribute to our in-office culture.

Compensation and Benefits : Our total compensation package is a blend of salary, equity, and benefits. We are committed to paying fairly and aim for these three elements collectively to be highly competitive with market rates.
