Salary : $100,000 - $350,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview :
As an Employment Law Associate Attorney, you will handle a diverse range of employment law cases, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and workplace harassment.
You will work closely with senior attorneys, assist in case management, and provide legal counsel to clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide legal research and analysis on employment law issues.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Stay updated on current employment law trends and regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and timely updates.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active California State Bar membership.
- 1-5 years of experience in employment law preferred; entry-level candidates may be considered.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
