Graphic Specialist

Forge ahead with WSB. We are looking for an entry-level graphic design specialist. This position will primarily assist our proposal team in integrating creativity and page layout to produce high-quality proposals aimed at securing new business opportunities.

In addition to the proposals, this position will support our public engagement and corporate marketing teams’ graphic design needs.

What You Will Do :

This position will function as part of the marketing team to help us achieve our corporate marketing and communications goals.

You will help us develop, expand, and maintain our current and future initiatives. Through this position, you will gain broad experience in a collaborative work environment.

In this role, you will :

• Use Adobe Creative Suite to create a wide variety of media including print and digital.
• Work with both internal and external clients to meet their design needs.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to strict proposal deadlines.
• Create and update various collateral materials.
• Receive constructive feedback and make necessary changes.
• Assist with event and tradeshow materials.
• Help with other duties as assigned to keep our department running smoothly.

What You Will Bring :

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other digital media software, including but not limited to : InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to contribute individually and participate in cross-functional teams.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to provide creative ideas.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate design decisions.
• Use critical thinking to solve problems autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Graphic design major or related degree program.
• One or more years of experience in a related position.
• Knowledge and experience working in Adobe Software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to support quick turnaround deadlines.
