Responsibilities :

• Manage and Oversee Operations : Lead our front desk and medical assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Team Coordination : Assist with providers' schedules, and manage staff leave approvals.
• System Implementation : Spearhead the introduction of new systems, offers, and promotions to scale our business.
• Patient and Staff Relations : Handle patient scheduling, insurance queries, prescription management, and employee disputes with empathy and efficiency.
• Administrative Excellence : Oversee phone communications, faxing, and updating our EHR account, maintaining impeccable organization.

Your Profile :

• Experience Matters : Previous medical office management experience is essential.
