Global Infrastructure Product Services aims to establish and reinforce a culture of effective metrics, data-driven business processes, architecture simplification, and cost transparency.

We are embarking on a new practice area focused on strategic analytics, leveraging advanced data science techniques to optimize resource allocation and drive business value.

We are seeking a visionary leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge data science solutions.

This role is focused on collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, extract actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making to enhance our infrastructure product performance and support business growth.

If you are a highly motivated and experienced data scientist looking to make significant impact in a dynamic environment, you’ll find a fit within our Global Infrastructure Product Services organization.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to impact our organization’s financial and technological direction.

Here’s just some of what you’ll do :

  • Lead the development and maintenance of foundational namespaces and advanced data models to define application ecosystems
  • Spearhead the design and implementation of robust data collection processes to measure application consumption of infrastructure resources, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Drive the analysis of data to attribute infrastructure resource consumption to specific business drivers, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and expertise on data analysis methodologies and best practices
  • Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets related to infrastructure resource consumption
  • Lead the development of predictive models to forecast infrastructure resource needs based on historical data and projected business growth, contributing to long-term planning and optimization efforts
  • Design and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to visualize key findings, effectively communicating complex information to stakeholders at all levels
  • Evaluate the performance of data models and algorithms on an ongoing basis, identifying areas for improvement and driving iterative enhancements to ensure optimal accuracy and efficiency
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data science and infrastructure technology, proactively incorporating innovative methodologies and tools into the organization’s practices
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development and contributing to the overall success of the data science practice area within the Global Infrastructure organization

Qualifications

Are you up for the challenge? Here’s what you should have :

  • Significant experience working in a data science role, with a proven track record of success in applying advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems
  • Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, as well as in-depth knowledge of data manipulation and analysis techniques
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or matplotlib, and proficiency in SQL and relational databases for data querying and manipulation
  • Deep understanding of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms and data modeling concepts, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability, with a demonstrated aptitude for driving innovation and delivering impactful results in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience leading projects or teams and a passion for mentoring and developing junior talent
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment y producing high-quality work and a continuous learning mindset with a desire to stay at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies in the field of data science and infrastructure
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. : AWS, Azure, GCP) and Big Data technologies (e.g. : Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field a plus

Salary Range : $170,000.00 to $255,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
