Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders and users to gather requirements and understand their needs and use cases.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing reports and dashboards that effectively communicate data insights for different user personas.
- Apply color theory and visualization techniques to enhance clarity and user engagement.
- Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs using design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.
- Document design processes decisions and user feedback to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design and data visualization.
Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in UX Design Graphic Design Data Visualization or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in UX design specifically focused on reports and dashboards.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in data visualization and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite).
- 5+ Years experience on BI and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Good understanding of SQL. Solid understanding of visualization principles color theory and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain clear records of design processes and user insights

Salary Transparency
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $103330 - $128656 / yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
