Job Title : Learning and Development Specialist

Job Description :
The Specialist in Learning and Development is a pivotal role within our client's organization. This position is responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that align with regulatory standards and the strategic objectives of the business.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Learning and Development team and Subject Matter Experts to create a comprehensive and effective training and development plan.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement training programs that adhere to regulatory requirements and support the business objectives of our client.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team and Subject Matter Experts to formulate a comprehensive training and development strategy.
- Conduct in-person and on-the-job training sessions to meet the training requirements of various functional units within the organization.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees and identify any skill or knowledge gaps that may necessitate additional training.
- Maintain meticulous records of training documentation and employee training histories.
- Develop and implement new course content in response to procedural changes or the introduction of new techniques.
Required Skills and Competencies :
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Biology, Biochemical, Chemical, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environments, processes, and control requirements.
- Familiarity with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) instructional design model.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner to facilitate effective learning.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with trainees, colleagues, and subject-matter experts.
