Friendship is looking for passionate Full Time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Friendship Salem Terrace team who want to make a difference in the lives of others.
Our LPNs provide the highest quality of care and excellent customer service! This position is located on Harrogate Drive in Salem.
Full-Time LPN Sign On Bonus - Upon hire you are eligible for $7,500k paid out in equal installments beginning our your first paycheck continuing every paycheck until you have reached 18 months of employment.
Shifts Available :
12 hour shift : Full Time 6 : 45 a.m. to 7 : 15 p.m. including every other weekend
Qualifications :
- Must be a licensed LPN in the state of VA or eligible to sit for boards in the state of VA.
- BLS preferred
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care to residents including preparing and administering medications
- Prepare and complete electronic documentation
- Coordinate and monitor medical services for residents
- Be an integral part of the Nursing Team, making a difference in accordance with each resident’s plan of care
