Responsibilities :
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with physician's care plan of treatment
- Take and record vitals
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist in daily activities.

Requirements
- Active IL Nursing License
- CPR Certification
