Position Highlights :

This is a full-time CRNA role at a busy Ambulatory Surgery Centre. Ideal for experienced CRNAs looking for a dynamic clinical environment, great work-life balance, and the chance to grow with a top-ranked health system.

Outpatient setting (ASC)

Day shifts + Minimal Call + Occasional Weekends

Cases include all ASA levels, adult & peds

Epic EMR

Must be flexible to travel to nearby sites if needed

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : 238,368 annually (114.60 / hour)
20,000 Starting Bonus

✅ Requirements :

️ Board Certified CRNA (AANA) – Required

✅ Active Michigan RN & CRNA Licenses – Must be in-hand

BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required or willing to obtain

DEA + CSR / CDS – Must be obtained prior to start

COVID + Flu vaccines – Up-to-date or willing to obtain by start

At least 2 years of CRNA experience (not including RN or training)

Open to J1 or H1B visa candidates

Must be open to occasional travel to other ambulatory sites

Clean malpractice and license history required
