Responsibilities
- 25% Lead and manage technical projects and tasks
- 25% Investigate and resolve technical issues
- 25% Implementation and deployment of Honeywell Solutions
- 25% Educate and write documentation for customer and field technicians
- 30% International and domestic travel
YOU MUST HAVE :
- 3+ experience years of technical experience implementing and supporting software and hardware systems
- Must be available for a 24 / 7 on-call rotation schedule
- Customer facing experience
WE VALUE :
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- IT, Project Management, and other technical certifications
- Previous experience in Logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
- Previous experience with Linux, Windows Server, and MS SQL
- Organizational skills, ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
- Good written and oral communication
