Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) has an excellent opportunity for a Connected Buildings Enterprise Sales Representative.

The position reports to the Connected Buildings Software American Sales Leader. In this new role you will be responsible to support Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) as a software channel in meeting and exceeding annual orders and revenue plans of existing and newly created Connected Services, Software as a Service (SaaS) and future Cloud and Buildings Internet of Things (IoT) solutions sold through the HBS regions as assigned in AOP.

You will be responsible for supporting the HBS Channel customer acquisition sales strategies, tactics, and processes leveraging Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) Connected Buildings software solutions.

You will also be responsible for supporting the channels development of new opportunities with the Connected Buildings Software portfolio.

This role can be located anywhere in the United States and will travel at least 60% travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary for this position is $102k - $145k. Please note that this salaryinformation serves as a general guideline.

Honeywell considers various factorswhen extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope andresponsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, educationand training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 3 years of Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience
  • Building Controls, Services or business to business industry experience in the commercial and institutional buildings markets
  • Ability to build and maintain string relationships with customers
