Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Intake Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida.

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Intake Specialist is the initial point of contact between the Firm and potential clients. They introduce the client to the Firms services and provide assistance after they agree to retain the Firms services. They are responsible for gathering, processing, and distributing the client’s information to the appropriate departments. They should be comfortable in an office environment, familiar with Microsoft Office applications, and possess strong verbal and written communication.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Perform general office clerk duties.
• Handle incoming calls and other communications.
• Verify retainers and sign-up documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
