Accounting Manager onsite in Santa Ana, CA

Temp to Hire

$64-$75 / hr- DOE

Duties :

• Assigning accounting tasks or projects to a company's finance and accounting staff
• Developing a company's financial and accounting policies, workflows and methods after consultations with heads of finance
• Managing a team of Accountants working on a company's projects
• Provide ongoing feedback to accounting team to find better processes and isolate risk associated with account(s)
• Evaluating a company's financial transactions to ensure they comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and / or IFRS
• Manage close process to close the books and ensure financials are accurate, complete and provided to corporate in a timely manner.
• Review reconciliations and provide feedback to accounting team.
• Auditing accounts to ensure they comply with the company's policy and / or state / federal regulations
