About the Job :

Provides proper testing and education for in / outpatients following prescribed schedules, physician orders, competencies, and protocols.

Utilizes proper equipment and procedures, protects patients confidentiality, and produces accurate and complete documentation for all activities.

What Youll Do :

• Performs all aspects of cardiac sonography within practice guidelines and approved hospital policy and procedures.
• Coordinates with physicians, nurses, allied staff, patients, and family in scheduling and providing testing
• Responds to all emergencies and assists with patient transports as required

Who You Are :

• Successful completion of an accredited Allied Health Program
• Current RDCS credential preferred. Requires minimum eligibility for RDCS Boards and / or potential to earn RDCS credential within 1 year required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• State of New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy licensure required.
• Pediatric / neonatal experience a plus. Minimum of 2 years experience in echocardiography preferred.
