Team Leader Aircraft Structures

Pilatus is hiring a Team Leader Aircraft Structures to join our aircraft completions team in Broomfield, CO. In this position, you will be responsible for directing, supporting, and assisting an assigned team in the fabrication and / or installation of aircraft structural modifications. You will also inspect all structures work accomplished by the team to ensure compliance with established specifications, regulations, and quality standards. What you do

• Leads team of structural technicians and ensures completion of assigned project aircraft within allotted time frame and budget
• Installs, modifies, and fabricates aircraft structural assemblies and associated components in accordance with engineering drawings, and VV specifications closely aligned with AC43.13-1B
• Trains, instructs, and orients new team members in associated work assignments to meet production requirements
• Performs inspections of incoming parts and aircraft incoming and outgoing inspections
• Ensures work is performed to the highest degree of safety and quality standards per FAA regulations
• Maintains required records and completes work order tasks in a timely manner
• Verifies that all technical data utilized is applicable and of current release
• Performs supervisory responsibilities for a team of assigned technicians, including time card and time off approvals and annual performance reviews
• Ensures that work accomplished meets customer specifications, established quality standards, and procedures and reports any deviation to appropriate personnel
