Sentara Home Care located in Virginia Beach has openings for Registered Nurses. Nurses will provide care to patients in the patient's home within a designated territory.
The preferred candidate will have home health experience or 2 years of medical-surgical experience in bedside care. The RN is supported by our home care team.

Job Requirements :
- RN-Associate's Degree OR RN-Bachelor's Level Degree OR RN-Diploma (Non-degree)
- Required : Basic Cardiac Life Support, Registered Nurse
- Required : 12+ months experience required
- Preferred : Previous Home Care experience

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse develops, implements and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations. Coordinates and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.
Additional experience for specialty areas may be required. Nursing experience preferred.
Qualifications :
N-2YR - RN-Associate's Degree (Required), N-3YR - RN-Diploma (Non-degree) (Required), N-4YR - RN-Bachelor's Level Degree (Required), N-6YR - RN-Master's Level Degree, N-DN - RN-Doctorate Level Degree
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina, Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP), Registered Nurse License (RN) - Nursing License - Compact / Multi-State License
