Job Description
- Location : Peoria Heights, IL
- Start Date : 30-90 days
- Position Type : Permanent
- Setting : Outpatient, Urgent Care-like setting
- Schedule : Flexible, 40 hours. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8a to 6p, Saturday 9a to 4p
- Call : No call responsibilities
- Patient Load : 20-25 patients per day | Includes Primary Care, Occupational Health, DOT Physicals & Walk Ins
- EMR : Epic
- Additional Info : Growing practice with a Physician and APP.
- Job Requirements : Must be BE / BC in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine-trained and MROCC.
- Compensation : Commensurate with experience
