About The Position
Job Title : Echo Technologist Job Specialty : Echocardiography Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 8H Rotating Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a similar setting License : Certified as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and / or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Certifications : BLS Must-Have : Experience with GE Equipment and EKG is a plus- Two-year degree or certification program in Ultrasonography, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or Radiology Job Description : Perform cardiovascular ultrasound examinations.
- Must possess echo vascular skills (or vascular / echo).- Conduct electrocardiograms as required.- Work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM.
- Participate in weekend rotation every 5th weekend.- Attend orientation sessions every other week on Mondays.- Note that locals are not accepted for this position.
- Understand that assignments can be canceled with 24-hour notice due to census.
