In this role, you will engage with clients to assess their unique insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions that offer security and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals. Evaluate client needs to recommend suitable insurance policies, including home, auto, and business insurance.
Clearly present and explain policy details, benefits, and coverage to clients. Support clients with renewals, endorsements, and the claims process.
Foster strong, long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the CRM system.
Requirements Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role. Solid understanding of insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.
