Responsibilities of Sr. Project Manager :
- Project Oversight : Manage aviation construction projects from conception to completion.
- Team Leadership : Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and airport authorities.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the project.
- Client Communication : Maintain strong communication with airport stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Compliance : Ensure all construction activities meet FAA regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience managing aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations, safety protocols, and airport operations.
- Proven experience managing complex budgets, schedules, and project teams.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
