Job Location Las Vegas Embassy Suites - Las Vegas, NV Education Level None Purpose for the Position :

To serve hotel guests during their stay by making it easier and more enjoyable to arrive, check in and stay at the property.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Escorts incoming hotel guests to rooms.
• Assists guests with luggage.
• Inspects guests room to ensure that it is in order and that supplies are adequate.
• Explains features of room such as operation of radio, television, telephone, and in-room movie system, etc.
• Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions.
• Pages guests in lobby, dining rooms, or other parts of property.
• Delivers messages and runs errands.
• May pick up articles for laundry and valet service, and call taxi for guests.
• May transport guests about property or local area in car or van.
• May keep record of calls for service.
• May deliver packages, suitcases and trunks, and may set up sample rooms.
• All other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor.
• The Hiring Bonus will be paid out as follows : $250 on the pay period following the 31st day of employment; $250 on the pay period following the 61st day of employment;

$500 on the pay period following the 91st day of employment. To qualify for the hiring bonus, you must be a new team member.

You must successfully complete each period of employment prior to receiving bonus 30 days, 60 days, 90 days. The employee understands that any remainder of the bonus is forfeited if the employee is no longer in the position to which they are hired for, for any period not completed.

The signing bonus is not part of the base salary calculation but is considered taxable income. The employee understands that any unpaid portion of the bonus is forfeited if the employee fails to report to work or is terminated.
