Description
Job Overview :
As a Food Runner, you’ll be responsible for opening and closing procedures, table service, food prep, cleaning, cash handling and inventory.
Your Responsibilities :
- Take orders and deliver food and drinks, answer questions regarding menu and drink selections.
- Work closely with wait, bar staff and kitchen to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently.
- Prepare restaurant for lunch / dining by setting decorations, condiments, napkins and utensils
- Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the bar area, replacing kegs.
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- Other duties as required.
