C. Region. U.S. News & World Report has just released the 2023-2024 ratings and rankings, in which GW Hospital is recognized as a Best Regional Hospital .

GW ranks 5th in the region, which includes hospitals in D.C. and parts of Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.

Position Summary : Reporting to the Divisional Director of Perioperative Services, this position is Responsible for the operational management and strategic planning of a growing Surgical Services Line that provides care to a specific patient population.

Has 24 / 7 accountability and responsibility for Surgery division.

Qualifications

• Education / Qualification
• MS in nursing or Master s degree in related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience that demonstrates a progressive leadership background
• Certification in specialty preferred
