Home Health Physical Therapist PT
We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team! This is a part-time position based in Greenwich, CT.
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries and achieve their optimal physical health, all within the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities include :
- Conducting consultations with patients to understand their physical condition and symptoms
- Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing personalized treatment plans
- Teaching patients proper therapeutic exercise techniques
- Providing stimulation and massage to promote healing
- Assisting patients with the use of equipment like wheelchairs or walkers
- Maintaining accurate patient records and monitoring progress towards goals
- Providing guidance and exercises to patients and their families for in-home treatment
Qualifications :
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Candidates must hold a valid in-state licensure
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist in a home health setting (preferred)
Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of care
