20) exam rooms - (2) rooms are used for Infusion Clinic.

• Franciscan Health Indianapolis Community Hospital - (1) minute away - located on the same campus as Franciscan Health.
• South Indianapolis Major Hospital, Shelbyville, IN - (22) miles from office
• Schneck Medical Center, Seymour IN
• Indianapolis International Airport - (20) miles from the practice
