About The Position
Job Title : OR Tech Job Specialty : Surgery Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 12 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience License : Not specified Certifications : CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) Must-Have : Neuro experience preferred Job Description : - Assist with stroke coverage for a comprehensive stroke center.
- Work in a 16-bed OR unit with a 1 : 1 patient ratio. - Manage neuro, ortho, general, and mechanical thrombectomy procedures.
- Utilize common equipment such as bovie, SCDs, microscopes, robotics, and EPIC charting. - Wear and maintain provided blue scrubs.
- Participate in a collaborative surgical team environment to deliver optimal patient care. This role calls for a diligent and experienced OR Tech to support various surgical operations, with a focus on neuro procedures.
