HiFyve is hiring an EHS Specialist / Manager in the food and beverage industry in Sheboygan County, WI!

Salary : up to $100k / yr

Shift : Days

Location : Sheboygan County, Wisconsin

Job Summary :

Join a respected food manufacturing leader committed to operational excellence and employee safety. We’re seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health, and safety programs at our Sheboygan County, WI plant. This role will later expand to include two smaller facilities, offering long-term growth and leadership visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations
• Lead safety programs focused on Lockout / Tagout, combustible dust, and permit-required confined spaces (PRCS)
• Conduct inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions
• Develop and deliver safety training, onboarding, and awareness programs
• Support industrial hygiene initiatives including air, noise, and dust monitoring
• Manage workers’ compensation cases and return-to-work processes
• Serve as primary contact for local agencies including fire, police, and WDNR
