We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $19 to $25 per hour , along with bonus opportunities.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service and contributing to the positive atmosphere of our agency.

Monday - Friday (8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm) Work Schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
- Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements : You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidate would have their insurance license and previous insurance experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
