Payer Relations Manager

A company is looking for a Payer Relations Manager, remote nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage assigned payer projects, coordinating and resolving payer issues across regions

Develop and maintain positive relationships with payers, serving as the primary contact for enrollment, billing, and collections

Collaborate with internal departments to analyze and resolve payer-related issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

College degree required; Master's degree in healthcare administration preferred

Minimum five years of experience in provider relations, payer relations, and claims processing

7-10 years of experience in healthcare with knowledge of payer policies and billing processes

Five years of management or project management experience in healthcare preferred

Expert knowledge of healthcare billing and collection processes, and payer policies
