- Type : Full-time
- Schedule : Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
- Salary : Up to $175,000 annually, with a robust benefits package
What You’ll Do :
- Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Diagnose and manage a range of health conditions with a focus on continuity of care.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest quality of care.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and preventative care.
Requirements
Requirements :
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
- Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
