Full-Line Maintenance Company looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform service call work orders and projects for residential, commercial and industrial service locations.
In this position you must possess knowledge and experience with the following : Plumbing, Electrical, mechanical skills for door closers, locks, light bulb & ballast replacement, etc.
Candidate must also have some type of Facility Maintenance background to apply. HVAC service / repair skills with EPA certification a plus.
Must have the ability to work independently as well as with others, possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent time management, outstanding customer service, trustworthy, and a positive attitude.
