Think of them as an extension of your corporate finance team assisting with everything from M&A support to IPO readiness to interim management.
They have offices in NYC as well as Philly, DC, Boston, San Fran and several other major markets.
The work is NOT Audit. It's more event / transaction driven with hours nowhere close to what you experienced during BUSY season.

Mergers & Acquisitions / IPO Readiness / Financial Planning & Analysis / Carve-outs / Consolidations / Revenue Recognition / System Implementations / SEC Reporting / Consolidations / Budget & Forecasting
Requirements :
- 2+ years of Audit experience in Big4 / Top10 CPA firm
- This includes a minimum of 2-3 busy seasons
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, or progress towards, is preferred
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Excellent analytical skills including proficient in US GAAP
- Distinguished management and leadership skills, motivated by challenges and team work
