Job Summary
The Group Exercise Instructor is a fitness position with responsibilities in the areas of group exercise and member experience.
General Responsibilities
- Meets the needs of all IUPUI Jaguar Campus Recreation group exercise participants.
- Maintains a safe and inclusive environment for members and facilitating group exercise classes for members (Yoga, Cycling, Zumba, Step, HIIT, Bootcamp, Pilates, Circuit Training, Etc.).
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED).
Preferred
- Associates degree; OR
- Bachelor's degree.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required
6 months of Group Fitness Instructing and / or Personal Training.
SKILLS
Required
Proficient communication skills.

Advertised Salary
$25.00 per hour.
Work Hours
1 - 5 hours per week.
