What You’ll Do :
Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solution Group is seeking an experienced leader to manage its enterprise AI business development team globally.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background and a strong sales acumen with experience selling internationally in complex situations.
This person will guide our sales strategy, define go to market activities for AI sales in our enterprise accounts, as well as have responsibility for growing global enterprise AI revenue.
This role will also manage direct reports and resources in a MATRIX organization across different cultures globally.
Responsibilities :
- Accelerate AI sales globally by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
- Train customers & partners on Lenovo AI solutions.
- Engage with local sales team on AI deals to provide expertise and guidance.
- Develop key software partnerships unique to the geos to promote Lenovo AI infrastructure.
- Track emerging markets and trends to identify and recommend GTM changes and solutions to address challenges.
- Evangelize and promote AI use cases capabilities.
- Develop sales strategies with account managers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Develop relevant content like blogs, solutions briefs, presentations, etc. to promote AI solutions.
Position Requirements :
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in sales or technical pre-sales
- Deep knowledge of software ecosystems and how to coordinate them regionally
- Strong technical understanding of server & storage technologies
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in AI and infrastructure solutions supporting AI
- Proven track record of deal negotiation
- Sales or business development experience in large & complex deals
