What You'll Do :

• Provide personalized patient care , administering medications, performing treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver the best outcomes for our residents.
• Assess physical, mental, and emotional needs of our residents, and develop individualized care plans no cookie-cutter care here!
• Promote dignity, respect, and compassion in all aspects of resident care through a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Keep residents, families, and team members in the loop, ensuring everyone’s informed and happy.

What You Bring :

• An active RN license in the great state of New Mexico aka The Land of Enchantment.
• CPR certification safety and health are always priorities.
• A deep well of empathy and compassion for our fantastic residents.
• You thrive in a team-oriented environment and are a natural collaborator.
• Rock-solid communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus, but not required.
