Compensation & Benefits :

  • Earning Potential : $1,000,000
  • Starting Salary : $705,000
  • wRVU Bonus : $78 per wRVU
  • Student Loan Repayment : $200,000
  • Signing Bonus : $100,000
  • Relocation Bonus : $20,000
  • Paid Time Off : 42 days pto annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays
  • CME : $4,000 annually
  • Health / Dental / Vision : 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents
  • Pension : Annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)

  • Degree : MD or DO
  • Certifications : BE / BC in Gastroenterology
  • Licensure : Must have or be eligible to receive a medical license in Washington State
  • Skillset : General or Advanced GI physicians are welcome to apply
  • Experience : New grads or experienced GI physicians
