Responsibilities1. Patient thorough evaluations to determine patients' functional levels, needs, and goalsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on assessments2.

Therapy occupational therapy interventions to help patients achieve their goals and improve their daily living skills.Use therapeutic techniques to enhance fine motor skills, coordination, sensory integration, and cognitive functions3.

Progress assess and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

4. Education and patients and their families about therapeutic processes, goals, and home exercise programs.Provide guidance on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to facilitate independence.

5. closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, doctors, and nurses, to provide holistic care.
