Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 9.5 D Pay Rate : $1856.06 - $2138.51

Physical Therapist needed for 13 weeks in Irvine, KY 1+ years exp; KY Lic'd; BLSmainly outpatient but inpatient at times - complete evals / treats as needed.

• Patient Population : Pediatric-Geriatric population in outpatient. Inpatient : all adults - Types of cases : - Outpatient see a little bit of everything heavy ortho, general weakness / debility, balance deficits, post CVA patients, parkinsons, back pain etc.
• Inpatient all adults no pediatrics typically generalized weakness but some ortho, CVA mixed in.Education & Requirements : Minimum Education : 4yr Bachelor’s Degree Physical Therapy Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
• LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS (must be non-expired / active unless otherwise stated) : Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Ohio;

CPR Holds a current Physical Therapy license from the State of Ohio in good standing Maintains CPR Certification. Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with Doctorate level degree preferred Certification in a specialty area, for example : OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Women’s Health, etc. preferred

Required Qualifications

Years of Experience : 1. 1+ years exp; KY Lic'd; BLS

Education & Requirements : Minimum Education : 4yr Bachelor’s Degree Physical Therapy Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
