Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a growing organization. We are seeking a strategic and growth-minded District Manager to oversee operations across multiple business functions, including warehousing, sales, and distribution. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about operational excellence and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company standards for food quality, merchandising, and asset management
• Lead district operations in alignment with company policies and the Vice Presidents strategic direction
• Conduct operational audits and implement improvements to enhance financial performance and productivity
• Develop accurate forecasts at both unit and district levels to support strategic planning
• Drive favorable financial outcomes aligned with company and client budgets
• Ensure consistent execution of company brands, programs, services, and strategic initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing P&L in food service operations
• ServSafe certification and working knowledge of HACCP standards
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on financial data
• Experience in menu development and operational planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
