Responsibilities :

- Engage in hiring processes as needed, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to guidelines.
- Manage financial notes and other related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with local candidates and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Oversee cost centers, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
- Manage medical coverage tasks, ensuring comprehensive services for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring up-to-date information is available for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Experience in medical coverage and patient services is essential.
- Knowledge of hiring processes is required.
- Understanding of financial notes and cost centers is crucial.
- Familiarity with primary care procedures is necessary.
- Preference will be given to local candidates.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are needed.
- Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
