serves as the primary lead on data collection and analysis in support of program reporting initiatives. With at least 5 years of experience, they work independently and also lead a team designing appropriate data models, visualizations, and predictive models to enable decision-making and performance measurement in grants management and justice programs.

They are mission and client-focused and have great attention to detail. They have

5 years of experience

in researching, gathering facts, and using analytical techniques and evaluative methods to produce products used to make organizational decisions.

Arc Aspicio is currently working in a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and, as approved, remotely on a part-time basis.

All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at the time of employment.

Support the development and implementation of methods to monitor, evaluate, forecast, and report progress toward achieving program goals and objectives to assist management in making data-driven decisions.

Interact with other analysts to understand processes, develop analysis methodologies, and coordinate ongoing iterative development of analytical products.

Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission results.

Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communication skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients.

Manage work in multiple workstreams at one time while also contributing to meaningful contributions in project success in parallel with developing a consulting firm.

Apply formal consulting techniques and methods on high-impact consulting projects.Love to learn complex mission areas in homeland security such as emergency management, flood risk communications, and law enforcement.

Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications5 years of experience in research

including data-oriented and quantitative data analysis, preferably to support grant program outcomes.Experience in researching, gathering facts, and using analytical techniques and evaluative methods to produce products used to make organizational decisions.

Experience developing business-facing statistical and data visualization capabilities using tools such as Excel and Tableau.

Experience writing technical processes and communicating information in a variety of formats and at various levels.Excellent skills in strategic communications and ability to create compelling presentations and communicate with stakeholders.

Strong interest in working in a consulting firm and entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to learn business concepts.Enthusiasm to collaborate with others and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects.

Excellent work ethic in a dynamic, complex, and challenging environment and self-motivated with the ability to take on more responsibility quickly.

Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person.Proven to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership potential.Technological savvy with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools (SharePoint preferred) and data analysis platforms.

Ability to focus and pay attention to detail while remaining focused on a strategic, big picture.Clearance :

Bachelor’s degree in data or business analytics or other relevant subject area.Critical Skills :

The projected salary range for this position is $70,000 to $99,000. This range takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to : skill sets and expertise, experience, education, training, certifications, contract and client requirements (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs.
