Deputy Program Manager (5223)

As Deputy Program Manager , you’ll be responsible for assisting the Program Manager in leading a team in the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program / project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What you’ll do :

You'll assist in the oversite of the operational planning, establishment, execution and evaluation of a multifaceted program / project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.

What you’ll need to succeed :

• You have an active Secret Security Clearance
• MBA or MS / MA degree Management, Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related Technical Discipline.
• You have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• You have 12 years of experience as a Program Manager running large IT programs
• You have a technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in systems design, cyber security, software development and web technologies.
• You have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• You have strong written and oral communication skills
