Job Description

As a Security Officer - School Grounds Patrol in Durham, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at an educational location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will support a positive atmosphere on campus. You will communicate clearly and respond promptly to situations, reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
