Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience in content creation, preferably in entertainment or online media

Proven track record of managing external clients and delivering measurable results

Strategic thinker with experience in developing long-term content strategies

Strong team management skills, including mentoring and talent development

Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and budgeting experience
