AP4 Group is seeking a full time Contracts & Administration Manager AP4 Group is a global full-service provider of heavy-duty & aeroderivative industrial gas turbine maintenance, including spare parts distribution, component repairs, and field services.

Interested in working remotely? This may be the perfect role for you! The Contracts & Administration Manager has primary responsibility for the oversight of company contracts.

This individual is responsible for managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policy and legal requirements, and optimizing administrative procedures to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the company.

This is a remote position. Contract Management : Review customer and supplier contracts terms and conditions. Provide contracts support to the sales and leadership team.

Consult with legal counsel as required on company contracts. Corporate records keeping. Management of the agreements database, contract renewals, etc.

Corporate legal document management Assist with treasury applications and document management. Serve as liaison with multiple stakeholders, including financial sponsor, lenders, corporate counsel, M&A counsel, etc.

Other duties as assigned. Compliance and Reporting : General corporate KYC management G roup oversight of the Export Compliance and Anti-Bribery / Anti-Money Laundering programs.

Administration of DLA’s NDA management Assistance with governance over domestic and foreign legal entities. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Generate reports and analysis related to contract performance. Monitor contract performance and compliance and address any deviations or issues.

State corporate registrations and general CT Corp management. Administration : Assist CEO and CFO with completing various documents, agreements, and contracts.

Assist with M&A integration. Assistance with executive file storage Corporate travel agency & assistance program. Negotiations and administration of corporate travel programs, i.

e., hotel, airline & rental car discount & loyalty programs. Other duties as assigned. What do you need to qualify for this role?

Paralegal certification and 5 or more years’ experience in a similar role preferred. Business administration, finance, or related degree preferred.

Proven experience in contract management and administrative leadership. Strong understanding of contract law. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficient in contract management software and MS Office suite. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving collaboration.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Why you’ll love working at AP4!
