What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly close processes, including journal entry preparation
• Prepare and review payroll entries for approval and posting
• Prepare accruals and other adjusting entries
• Perform expense review and reconciliation between ADP and GL
• Assist with external and internal audit activities
• Support acquisition activity related to payroll
• Assist in ad-hoc data analysis
• Collaborate with the Manager to drive process improvements and efficiencies
• Complete other accounting and payroll duties as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Intermediate-level experience using Excel
• Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure with strict time constraints
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to be a supportive and positive team member

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of ADP Payroll System
• Previous payroll experience
