What You'll Be Doing
- Lead our engineering teams on prominent design initiatives across utility infrastructure.
- Create comprehensive proposals that align with industry-leading standards.
- Execute and supervise the design of pivotal power systems, both above and below ground.
- Deliver projects that epitomize punctuality, budget adherence, and exceed client aspirations.
- Foster compliance with codes and protocols, ensuring every detail meets client prerequisites.
- Cultivate relationships with suppliers to outline exact material and equipment specifications.
- Conduct meticulous reviews to guarantee the integrity and accuracy of our engineering output.
What We're Looking For
- Possession of a BSc in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Active Professional Electrical Engineer License.
- A robust 7+ year track record in Electrical Engineering.
- Demonstrated leadership over the span of 3+ years in managing engineering design teams.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, like AutoCAD or MicroStation.
- Keen insight into Power Distribution principles.
- A background in construction and familiarity with Passport and CEGIS / TED is favorable.
